Sound knowledge of MVVM
Practically 0 code-behind usage
Understand Silverlight/WPF commanding, Attached properties, Dependency properties, Routed commands etc.
Experience with Composite Application Guidance for WPF would be a huge +
Good attitude and willing to put extra hours if task is R & D oriented
Silverlight 3.0 / 2.0 development experience is must. - Expert
Framework development
Testing/challenges understanding and expertise.
