Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years of Web Development experience,
* Experience with .NET framework
Skills
* Proficient in .NET * ASP.NET 2.0, C#, J#, SQL, Microsoft Enterprise Library
> Experience in .NET Framework components * MVP, MVC, building ASPX/ASMX/ASHX components etc
> Microsoft Certified Professional (desirable)
> Expert in enabling technologies * XML, NHibernate, NUnit, MSBuild etc
* Able to work in Windows environments
* Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies including agile methodologies
* Code clearly and maintain consistency; code well documented with minimal bugs and errors
* Proven ability to take leadership in researching and implementing creative technology solutions
* Time management and consistent focus on quality
