1. Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies supporting software development in large-scale, n-tier enterprise projects and secure web-based systems.
2. Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in SharePoint 2007 development.
3. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web-based development using C#, ASP.NET 3.0 and above, and SQL Server and above.
