Duration : Indefinite (Multi-year)
Specific Skills Required for Position:
The .Net Programmer / Analyst is responsible for working on a software development project team, developing .Net applications consistently, adhering to a standard set of .Net tools and architecture.
Required Skills and Experience for Position:
* Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft .NET development (preferably in C# or VB.NET), designing and modeling applications.
* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science OR equivalent experience.
* Highly proficient with .Net, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, HTML, SQL , JSON, Regular Expressions and XML
* Highly knowledgeable in developing User Controls\ Web Controls, Web Parts, etc in Microsoft .NET (C# or VB.NET).
* Extensive experience in developing Secure Web Services and Microsoft.Net Remoting technologies.
* Extensive and specific development and architecture experience in Microsoft .Net 2.0 \ 3.0 \ 3.5.
* Sound knowledge of design patterns.
* Ability to create and modify stored procedures, triggers and functions as well as query, extract and update data in Oracle DB Server.
* Sound knowledge of SDLC \ Agile or RUP approach in software development and project management tools
* Participate in code walk-through and process meetings
* Contribute to implementation efforts (UAT, environment setup, end user support)
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills
* Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet project goals within tight deadlines
* Provide weekly updates on project status
* Sound knowledge in creating UML diagrams and application models
* Excellent analytical skills
* Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
