The Telecom/Mobile Analyst needs to be highly skilled in MS Office products, knowledgeable about Cell phones, Blackberry*s, Calling Cards and Audio/Web conferencing. The Analyst must have proven experience utilizing ITIL*s methodology and best practices in a Service Desk environment. This role is responsible for the support, administration and management of Telephony and Mobile systems for the North America Sales force ensuring all business requirements and SLA*s are adhered to.
