May perform one or more of the following:
Extensive data center support experience. Responsible for monitoring production jobs and processes on complex systems. Interface with development and production support organizations to resolve issues to insure compliance with contractual standards. Ability to analyze data, identify potential problems and recommend corrective action. Experience with development and implementation of quality metrics and CMM methodology. Ability to work with minimal supervision have the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 - 10 years of system production support experience. Excellent data analysis and written and oral communications.
