| |
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
* Analyze and study complex system design and development requirements
* Manage software development and support using formal specifications, functional requirement documentation, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques, and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools
* Interpret software requirements and design specifications to code, and integrate and test software
* Implements Competencies within the Self Service application
* Uses PL SQL, Java, Oracle Workflow, and other Oracle software tools to support the development of code for HR transaction processing
* Primary focus of this job is to develop applications for HR processing using modern development tools including PL SQL databases, XML, web development including HTML, scripting, and Oracle Web ADI. Design, code, test, debug, and document various web-based applications that support HR processing
* Interact with a variety of personnel to include HR functional specialists from CPMS, and Developers
* Implement Oracle Competencies in Self Service
* Design, develop, and maintain web and database applications
The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
* Must be familiar or have experience with setup procedures for competencies
* Knowledgeable of table structures for competencies
* Understands business rule processing for competencies
* Knowledge of Oracle Framework, Approval Management, and other Oracle tools used with competencies
* The ability to write advanced stored procedure and SQL query
* The ability to design and develop custom extensions to Oracle competencies applications |
