MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* Excellent listening and communication skills; written and verbal
* Ability to communicate with project management resources, executive staff, analysts, Agency and City leadership
* 8 years experience project managing large projects with multiple stakeholders, with operational, process and technology components
* Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
* Experience in vendor management
* Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology and workflows
* Demonstrated experience with Work Breakdown Structure creation
* Excellent project and resource planning, attention to detail and precision are required
* Fluency in MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio |
