Experienced training developer who will create both face to face paper training and on line computer web-based training.
Types of training materials to be developed: sales, product, transforming technical features into sales benefits, etc.
This will be a hands-on developer role, managing oneself based on dates/timelines created by others; no candidates need apply if s/he has been managing other developers for the last 5 years and it*s not clear that s/he has been actually developing during that time.
Candidates also need good project management/prioritization skills (basically working on multiple projects to deadlines), creative vision (to design visual representations of multiple types of information), and patience (for and with all of the myriad changes and endless reviews Verizon work goes through). Web based training developer must be SCORM compliant and able to develop in Flash and Captivate. Superior PowerPoint skills a must. Articulate experience desired.
