| |
Mandatory Skills/Experience: Put # of years/months experience for each line

* A minimum of 8 years experience in .Net/C# development for large-scale enterprise applications;
* Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development
* Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD);
* Windows WCF knowledge
* Experience with relational databases preferably Oracle;
* Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards
* Familiarity with PKI architecture and understanding of how server-client certificate works is required
* Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources;
* Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project;
* Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
* Must be able to provide documentation on their work.
Desirable Skills: Put # of years/months experience for each line
* A Masters degree in Computer Science, or Mathematics is desired;
* Knowledge of BPM Engines and business activity monitoring
* Knowledge UDDI, and web services security gateways |
