Demonstrated experience in designing and documenting conversion and interface specifications
* ETL design and development skills and technical documentation experience
* Proven knowledge/experience in ETL performance tuning.
* 6+ years experience with ETL and data quality tools
* 3+ years with IBM*s Data Stage suite of products
* Sound knowledge of SQL and RDBMS, including MS SQL Server and Oracle
* Proven ability to produce high quality, bug free and highly scalable work
* Excellent analytical skills, detail and process-oriented
* Proven ability to coordinate activities with business and technical teams
* Excellent communication skills
* Prior experience with Legacy data conversion and cleansing highly preferred
* Prior experience working on large IT vendor supplied COTS deployment projects for the Education or Government institutions preferred
