Our client, a biopharmaceutical company is looking to on board a Global
Operations Manager for their Waltham and Cambridge locations. This
individual will be responsible for the global infrastructure operations
across multiple layers in a heavily matrixed environment.
This individual will primarily be responsible for ensuring contractual
obligations are met with the highest quality and standards, exceeding their
client's expectations. Coordinate and monitor the work of the operations
teams to resolve any problems with delivery of services to the client. Also
work to develop services that enhance the value of the company to the
client. This individual will ensure service delivery to their client by
balancing the internal requirements to reduce costs, account management
requirement to grow the client relationship and the requirement to deliver
to their contractual requirements |
