Description : |
| |
Provide L2/L3 Technical Support for the installation, configuration and administration of MOSS 2007 and Livelink environment.
- Monitoring of servers for application related issues and do RCA
- Patch and Hotfixes installation for MOSS 2007
- Coordinate resolution of issues and tickets with the appropriate third party support company for servers including operating system
- Coordinate with Development/Marathon Management team for Code changes, bug fixes and schedule deployment
- Work with supplier and vendors (like Microsoft/Opentext etc.) to ensure that the solution is being implemented and support given are delivered in a complete and timely manner
- Provide necessary support, consulting etc to ensure solution is performing according to Marathons stated Business requirements
- Act as a technical team lead and Conduct weekly status meetings with support team, provide weekly status reports and checkpoints
- Provide timely updates on progress and to submit issues as they arise within the course of work
- Work as a onsite technical Analyst/Coordinator
- Expertise in MOSS 2007, Sharepoint administration/Development, Server administration/Monitoring, Livelink support,
- Work experience should be more than 10+ years as a Team Lead in above mentioned technologies |
