Business Express is intended to provide new and existing businesses with the tools required to open and expand businesses in the New York City area. Additionally, the project is intended to provide businesses with a web location where they can log on to manage all of their business transactions with the City. Major development is being divided into multiple phases of successive increasing complexity, all beginning concurrently. The concurrent initiation of all of the phases is done in order to allow enough lead-time for proper supporting initiatives and processes - most notably SI solicitation and procurement of software. This resource is being requested for the Business Express program. This resource will provide Information Architecture and Design for initiatives within the program specifically Sector Rollout, Common Intake, Customer Account Integration and Datasharing. The IA/Designer resource will produce the following deliverables:
* Translate business requirements into process/ navigational flows and UI models
* Develop and document functional/ navigational flows
* Develop wireframes and Functional Specifications documentation
* Translate wireframes into final UI designs |
