Application Development Architect
Mandatory Requirements
1. Associate Degree in computer science or related field.
2. Five to seven years experience designing and implementing large scale open systems environments.
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Minimum of six (6) years experience as part of an Application Development team working with Project team members (both technical and program staff)
reviewing the Quality Assurance activities of the System Development Life Cycle. Experience must include the following:
*Reviewing current Quality Assurance methodologies in use, both manually and automated, as part of the organizations SDLC process.
oExperience must include the review of automated testing methodologies and the recommendation of improvements supporting a WEB-based application
*Investigate and provide feedback of existing market products which could support Quality Assurances improvements.
oExperience must include the development and execution of project plan(s) necessary to implement proposed changes.
*Three (3) years experience must be in a direct supervisory/management capacity.
3.Minimum of four (4) years experience working with business user communities, technical teams and management to develop, implement and maintain metrics,
standards, policies, processes and controls for testing in all phases of software development and Quality Assurance Life Cycle.
*Two (2) years experience must be in a direct supervisory/management capacity leading the quality assurance aspects of large-scale systems projects.
