This position within Ops Solutions is needed to strengthen our support team
in multiple merger related project work involved in General Ledger, Account
Analysis (monthly balance and activity information on accounts), Item and
Check Processing (Doc Collections, Check Collections, Cash Letters) Demand
Deposit, and Statistical gathering Job responsibilities entail the standard
business analysis duties within the EPM: Providing leadership in planning
and analysis, authoring requirements documents, define test plans and
scripts. Assist users throughout user acceptance. Track all defects in
Quality Center and report out to various areas. At times, provide subject
matter expertise to International Operations staff regarding production
issues.
