| |
Experience managing project workplan for highly complex project with
multiple cross project /cross workstream dependencies.
- Release Planning, ensuring all deliverables, quality reviews, etc are
completed for assigned iterations will be key.
- Must have demonstrated experience managing large projects with incremental
releases.
-Knowledge of iterative (RUP) and Agile
- Must understand the big picture but have the ability to focus on the
iteration(s) at hand.
- Must work well under aggressive timelines. Iterations balance return on
investment and cost of implementation and are designed to be aggressive.
- Must have a strong background in scope management. Scope must be managed
within each iteration of the project.
