| |
Manage & track delivery of all CTO technology deliverables for Release 9 by defining the technology work, clearly identifying dependencies and executing the technology delivery for the Realization phase in a proper sequence.
Build detailed project plans and track delivery with cross-functional teams and ensure that all technology deliverables meet project timelines and that issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

R9 process teams
Technology architecture related to SAP HCM, SAP XI/PI, Enterprise Integration, Single-Sign-On, Capacity Planning etc
Technology Delivery teams including SAP development, Application Integration, Data Warehouse Realization, Data Readiness Team, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and various Legacy technology teams
Prioritize design, development, and test activities for technology CTO teams
Work closely with Purchasing for software contracts |
