Description : |
| |
Daily morning check with us to prioritize events and receive directives for scheduling and bridge calls.
Will serve as a Video Advisor to assist with VC projects as needed.
Provide 1st level support for end users as needed.
Assist client & employer staff with conferences and place support tickets as needed.
Bridge call support operations to our client(s) and back-up for other team members.
Assist with meetings to include setup, cleanup and opening of trouble tickets with the Helpdesk as needed
Isolate associates from the mechanics of the video conference, allowing them to remain focused on the conference content and not technology while building their confidence in the service we provide
Support local Codecs and A/V related issues, camera shots, computer broadcasts (ex. Powerpoint/DVD).
Assist customer associates with scheduling video conferences.
Track open issues to provide system maintenance and repair.
Manage and schedule the Preventative Maintenance process.
Perform Preventative Maintenance personally as needed.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support globally MACS (moves, adds, and changes). This support includes coordination, quality insurance, shipping of equipment and inventory control.
Assist in the planning of off-site meetings as it relates to the AV equipment requirements.
Provide training to staff and support as needed.
Perform system and software upgrades in a timely and well coordinated manner.
Provide documentation, signage and place cards as needed
Special projects as assigned by management team.
