May perform one or more of the following:
Maintain current expertise on all Title IV program regulations and school policies/procedures that impact student financial aid.
Successfully test assigned projects, CRs, system enhancements, and/or process changes as determined by BPA Management and/or Project Lead.
Develop and assist the BPA Analysts in the creation of Test plans for assigned CRs and/or Projects.
Attend meetings with Apollo IT, Student Financial Aid Office and Project Teams when necessary.
Perform manual functional and acceptance system testing.
Monitor multiple CRs and/or Project status to ensure deadlines are met |
