Excellent understanding of QA methodology and software development processes
* Strong technical capability and problem solving skills
* Strong work ethic, self starter, motivated, detail oriented
* 5+ years of manual and automation testing experience in web based java applications
* Experience in selenium, WinRunner/QTP, or similar
* Scripting experience in Perl, VBScript, Python, or similar
* Experience with java unit and integration testing is preferred
* Working knowledge of database
* Exposure to testing on Windows and UNIX systems
* Solid knowledge of network systems
