Description : |
| |
A. Analyzes and resolves user hardware and/or software and/or application
problems. May simulate or recreate user problem to resolve operating
difficulties.
B. Initiates corrective action for customer problems, needs or requests.
Escalates
more complex problems to senior level.
C. Prepares reports and surveys which are used to create changes for
improved
application performance. May recommend systems modification to reduce user
problems.
D. May perform LAN/hard disk backups and/or troubleshoot basic hardware
problems.
E. Develops, reviews and/or approves documentation which will be provided to
users in support of hardware, software or application programs.
F. May provide programming support, including preparing reports, structure
charts,
