| |
Use RedCard Web Applications to perform set up of numerous varied client files on a file by file basis
Assemble User Acceptance Test packages for client review and approval
Follow up on observed issues with test files during testing and trials of each file type
Daily interaction with client’s staff to execute implementation plan
Keep Project Manager informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly.
Collect current information about client’s print files: EOBs, Letters, Bills and Checks
Ability to work on multiple projects/priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Manage ramp up to achieve 100 pct of customers business on ACS/RCS DOCS System.
Daily interaction with client’s staff to execute implementation plan, sometimes face to face with client.
Manage implementation process to successfully move new RedCard customers to live production status |
