| |
BA/BS degree and related industry experience
* Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with the business users is an absolute must
* Knowledge of the Managed Markets business area is required
* Technical and team leadership experience is required
* Experience leading off-shore team is a plus
* Strong hands-on experience in utilizing the following MSTR 8 products: Desktop, Intelligent Server, Web, Object Manager
* Ability to administer the Microstrategy environments and tune performance
* Ability to develop / modify solution architecture
* Knowledge of IMS data is a strong plus
* Full application development life-cycle experience - including requirement gathering, data analysis, design, development, testing and systems implementation.
* Working knowledge of Oracle database design and programming conventions
* Working knowledge of Unix commands and scripting
* Job related experience of 7-10 years with in-depth knowledge of applied skills |
