| |
Tangoe Telecom Project Manager Analyst:
* Deliver an implementation for Tangoe*s TEM (Telecom expense management software).
* Drive results from clients as well as internal teams.
* Must have led a Tangoe Implementation from start to finish.
* Maintain client relationship including kickoff and walkthrough of information gathering phase, responsible for collecting all clients billing, letters of authorization, templates, cost center data, company hierarchy information, and vendor information including contracts, etc. and handing off to support team for validation and loading.
* Responsible for overall design and architecture of hierarchical build (including AP/GL structures) in Tangoe's tools based on client's business needs, practices and rules.
* Follow Tangoe's *Implementation guidelines and processes* for project.
* Populate and deliver Implementation-Lifecycle Checklist.
