Description : |
| |
o Strong communications skills in presentations and program meetings are essential to major leadership management role for the Small Rental Property Program
o Extensive knowledge of entire Program and its functional tasks;
o Congenial personality, in particular when handling applicants and public representatives, including the press;
o Leadership skills for large project coordination;
o Facilitate problem resolutions and develop follow-up reconciliation with all parties – applicants, State client, sub-contractors, public and press Education and Typical Years Experience:
o At least a baccalaureate degree required from accredited educational institution;
o At least five (5) years experience in large scale project management required;
o At least five (5) years experience in managing customer interfaces required.
Special Requirements - Preferred/ Key skills:
o Ability to manage all aspects of a major high exposure project with skilled employees, multiple sub-contractors, and hundreds of customer applicants;
o Ability to monitor and evaluate overall project effectiveness in areas of program applicant satisfaction and State client satisfaction;
o Prior experience working with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded programs considered highly desirable;
