Experience with Agile development methodologies
* Understanding of basic networking concepts
* Strong knowledge of QA test processes
* Experience in tooling and automation development and tool customization
* Experience working on test teams delivering medium- to large-scale distributed applications into production, and an excellent understanding of the issues involved
* Experience with web-based technologies (such as HTTP, JAVA)
