someone experienced in technical design and development. This individual needs to have worked on multi tiered architectures and distributed systems. They also need 10 plus years and have worked in fortune 500 companies * (more on the insurance and financial sector for the work at hand, it is irrelevant for them to be in Healthcare or not * these are projects with Security, CreditCard Transactions and other such non healthcare related areas). They need consulting experience so they can get running from the start and know already how to navigate in a large company.
They need to know how to code and had been a developer I want to see words like tech lead, technology management, software engineer, system integration, legacy and web based, COTS, PCI, Web Services, WSDL
Proficiency but not only inclusive of Java, WebLogic, Websphere, Struts, Maven, ANT, Tomcat, Hibernate, AJAX, Spring, Clearcase, Clearquest, JDBC, Agile Methodologies, Scrum and other rational iterative development methodologies. As well understand HTTP, PHP, Unix, CMS (like Documentum and Joomla), OOD, JBoss, JSF, MS Project, SQL, My SQL and Oracle Databases
