| |
Serve as ACS’ primary point of contact with the client, providing technical expertise and industry knowledge on the advancements occurring in the Electronic Toll industry as well as management of service center operations.
· Ensure regular communications with the client through reports and meetings that provide updates on program delivery and program operations. In so doing, highlight issues that may impact performance and create recommendations for resolution.
· Oversee long-term operations of the program through program management staff. Develop staff to provide oversight of the operations, collections, reconciliation and violations processing centers.
· Manage P&L for the contract, and provide required financial status reporting within the company. In so doing, look for opportunities to improve performance within the constructs of the contract agreement.
· Participate with the client in exploring future business opportunities and assist with developing proposals for such opportunities |
