Description : |
| |
Three or more years experience as a Remedy Administrator and ITSM
administration. Diagnose and repair problems within the Remedy system.
Properly configure the ITSM applications to maintain integration integrity.
Create and administer accounts for Remedy applications. Analysis, design,
development, deployment, installation, configuration, customization,
troubleshooting & tuning of Remedy Action Request System versions 5 and 6
and Remedy Customer Support Application versions 5 and 6 in production, test
and development environment.
Coordinate development efforts with application related areas. Design, test
and implement a web-based integration with the Help Desk and Change Control
applications |
