Description : |
| |
Design and develop Voice Portal solutions. Work very closely with clients business channels, vendors, application developers, and platform administrators. Provide software project lifecycle (requirement analysis, design, architecture, development, testing, deployment and post production). Also work with-in aggressive schedules and respond promptly to accommodate changing business needs.
Other Required Skills Voice Technologies, VXML, IVR, Unix
Interview Process: A technical interview by phone (approximately 30 minutes) will be done first. If the candidate passes the phone interview a FACE-TO-FACE interview will be required.
