have an immediate need for an Onsite Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience leading offshore teams from the U.S. The ideal candidate will also have 5+ years of JDA MMS development experience using RPG ILE on the AS400. This person will be responsible for taking requirements from our customer, turning them into complex design documents, sending those documents to our development team in Bangalore, performing QA on the code when it returns and then releasing it back to the customer.
This position will be based in Sidney, Nebraska and the consultant will be expected to live there. Our customer is Cabela*s, whom we have supported for six years and have a very good relationship. The interview process will consist of a phone interview with myself, one or possibly two rounds of phone interviews with our Director of Delivery, Engagement Manager, another Onsite Coordinator and possibly our Bangalore team. After successfully completing those interviews this person would then speak with the customer. We will provide a laptop and a smart phone for this position. This person will be expected to work M-F, 8a-5p but will also participate in regular evening conference calls with Bangalore.
