They need to build a custom front-end for local HR, and automate some existing manual processes (paper - based) and corresponding component interfaces
They are automating 22 events which are planned to deployed in 3 groups
Events relates to Manager level activities * (e.g. Promotion, Salary changes, bonuses, transfers*)
2 PSFT Workflow developers to perform customizations using PSFT's Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
In addition to what we discussed for the experience required for the developers, we are also looking to explore using the PeopleSoft Template Technology to develop our new pages. So, I want to get at least one developer, the one coming in May, who has experience using PeopleSoft Template Technology to build pages. This is the same technology that PeopleSoft themselves used to deliver the SmartHire template. We want to build templates for each event to support differences across business units and countries and this is a better approach for us vs building config tables and screens to control displaying of fields |
