| |
Administration proficiency includes but is not limited to:
* user management
* configuration
* customization
* external and third-party tools like - Informatica on Demand for SFDC, Sforce Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader
* report and dashboard development
* data management
* Support for additional Custom Integrations of outstanding orgs
* Documentation
* Analyzes Salesforce configuration and make recommendations for improvement/maximize efficiency based on best practices and process improvements
* Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards using standard CNR processes
* Maintain user access, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules etc
* Manage mass imports and exports of data
* Design and build custom objects
* Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with business users
* Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with data management users
* Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix production issues
* Develop custom code to meet user requirements - specifically VisualForce and Informatica processes
* Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users
