| |
A Senior Technical Analyst/ Desktop Engineer is needed to design deployment
solution implementations for a large antivirus and patch/software deployment
in a large corporate environment. This role will be responsible for the
engineering and automation of desktop operating system and application
solutions from scratch. While there is some need for support, the emphasis
of this role is on root cause analysis and creating images from scratch.
Work Environment:
The primary work location is at the Rio in Gaithersburg, MD. There will be
times when support activities may involve travel to Bethesda or Frederick,
MD.
Purpose:
To provide engineering/ automation and escalated Tier III support for client
hardware, operating systems, and applications. Also, serve as the lead role
in extending core coverage in the areas of implementing and supporting
Enterprise Antivirus and Patch / Software Management solutions |
