Description : |
| |
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the systems development life cycle.
* Demonstrate strong planning skills.
* Demonstrate good relationship-developing skills.
* Demonstrate leadership, mentoring, coaching skills with junior members of the team.
* Is customer focused.
* Is able to support change.
* Is able to communicate effectively- orally and in writing.
* Understanding of technical and business requirements.
* Bachelor*s degree from a four-year college or university; and at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in Systems Administration
* Experience with of installations, upgrades and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2000/2003 & Web application Servers. Experience with IIS highly desirable
* Database administration skills including monitoring DB performance, running SQL scripts to monitor the system and modify tables when required. Knowledge of SQL 2008 server administration and troubleshooting highly desirable.
