Remedy 6.x and 7.x AR System platforms
Core Remedy ITSM 7.x modules (Incident / Problem / Change / Asset)& AR system
Atrium CMDB 2.x working with Remedy in a Unix environment
Integrating the Remedy Action Request Systems with external vendor systems and/or databases
Good knowledge of Forms and Workflows
Understanding of how Forms translate to the database structures
Strong knowledge of reporting on Remedy data using Remedy/Crystal Reports tools
Knowledge of Remedy API and its function
Knowledge of a Scripting language like Perl and its ARS variant ARSPerl or knowledge writing programs using Java API
Strong SQL and Database knowledge
Experience installing/configuring/upgrading Remedy servers and clients.
Experience in upgrading to ARS And ITSM 7.x.
Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies. |
