| |
Additionally must have the following requirements:
- Experience in State Government phased roll-out by department or Global roll out experience with HCM
implementation
- Experience coordinating the integrated activities between Organizational Change Management, Functional and
Technical project teams that lead to a successful deployment for each wave
- Experience facilitating organizational readiness for HR ERP system implementation including leading internal
project team activities to support deployment and department readiness activities:
o User Readiness: experience with tools and processes used to support workforce transition during an ERP
implementation (i.e process-to-role mapping, training, communications)
o Business Process: knowledge of the end-to-end HR processes (to include payroll, timekeeping, benefits
administration, position management)
o Technology : knowledge of the technical aspects of ERP system implementation (i.e. infrastructure preparation,
interfaces, data collection/conversion/cleansing)
o Site Readiness: knowledge of cutover and post-go-live support best practices used in ERP implementation;
experience developing and managing the Site Readiness Plan
- Experience developing and monitoring the cutover plan which includes identifying detailed steps required for
go-live including transports, manual configuration, data conversion and data loads, and validation of data to prepare
departments for go-live including monitoring each department's readiness in the following dimensions:
o Data collection readiness
o Interface readiness
o Infrastructure readiness
o System readiness
o Support structure readiness |
