Primary support for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems developed on SalesForce platform.
- Responsible for the maintenance/development of CRM components, integration, data migration & user support.
- Provide support for production and development environments of the business intelligence toolset deployed at firm.
- Customize CRM system components as per user requests and project requirements.
- Assist in developing data migration scripts and implementing data cleansing tools.
- Interact with users to identify their requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support administration for Business Intelligence toolset deployed at firm.
- Develop and maintain reports to support the business community |
