Healthcare or previous BCBS experience is required.
Must have experience with FACETS 4.5 and 4.7, and in writing requirements. Should also be familiar with MQC.
This individual is preferred to have STRONG communications skills, the candidate must be verbally clear with better than average English skills, they should be articulate, knowledgeable about FACETS Configuration, FPR, Claims.
This individual should be well versed and experienced in managed care products, having worked with or for TZ with Facets 4.x, and an emphasis in FACETS WORKFLOW.
They should have experience in writing requirements for FACETS, Business, User and Technical requirements are a must.
Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
Translates business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business.
Gathers information about the organization*s work processes and information flows.
Documents existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes |
