| |
The Senior Project Manager is responsible to define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, issues, and risks. Must solicit and coordinate resources to execute project and ensure on-time on-budget delivery. Must follow Client Project Management Processes and PMLC/SDLC methodologies. Requires strong oral and written communications skills in order to effectively communicate with management and the project team. Must have ability to facilitate and control large meetings. Must have ability to develop well-written, clear and concise project artifacts and meeting notes.
Prefer a balanced mix of technical expertise along with ability to work effectively with business leadership to provide options for decision making. Must have leadership skills and experience leading large cross-functional project teams. Must have prior healthcare experience and/or experience implementing compliance projects.
