Required:
- 3-5 years previous experience in support or projects using SAP*s APO/ SCM solutions.
- Knowledge of DP (Demand Planning) is key. Specifically looking for experience with EM (Event Management).
- Other desired areas of knowledge are SNP (Supply Network Planning), GATP ( Global Availability to Promise), or SPP (Service Parts Planning).
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support as member of SCM Service Delivery Team.
- Resolve tickets related to the following business processes:
VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), PFC and MRP (Production Forecasting and Materials Replenishment Planning), SFC (Sales Forecasting), CPLAN (Collaborative Planning), and CE Order Tracking (Event Management |
