May perform one or more of the following:
Create test plans for H&W calc, non-calc and H&W programming changes
Create and Execute regression test plans for H&W non-calc applications
Unit test programming changes
Monitor UAT and Integration testing for programming changes, including Case Management
Provide automated production support for H&W (including batch set up and submission)
Provide production move support for H&W calc and non-calc applications
Support identification and resolution of Data clean-up projects (conversion and ongoing)
Provide adhoc SQL query and report support to H&W operations and management
Create and submit TSR requests for H&W Calc and non-calc changes
Create and Maintain H&W non-calc business requirement documents (including H&W Process Flows) and technical specifications (including Case Management, stored procedures, etc |
