Description : |
| |
Manage Macintosh hardware and software inventory.
Write training documentation for field support analysts and end users.
Provides quick response and maximum uptime for all users.
Assists in determining suitable software, hardware and processes to meet user requirements.
Troubleshoots software, hardware, and process failures and identifies network problems when they relate to Macintosh computers.
Provides technical expertise for projects and user requests.
Strong knowledge of Macintosh OS X, OS X Server, Safari, Firefox, Apple iLife and iWork, Microsoft Office 2008, enterprise networking required.
Preferred knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2007, Adobe Creative Suites, Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF Software Casper Suite, iOS 4.
