| |
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written, and the functional design, against which computer programs can be coded, tested, debugged and documented.
Maintains constant working relationship with clients on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure all customer requirements are met.
Enforces documentation as per requirements standards and coordinates project development and implementation deadlines
Applies a broad knowledge of systems analysis concepts, practices and procedures.
Performs definition of user functional requirements by translating development and/or maintenance requirements into specifications. Creates system design documents.
Acts in the capacity of a Project Manager on projects in addition to the Business Analyst tasks – reports status to upper management when required and address concerns of customer on an ongoing basis
Ensures timely completion of project tasks associated to multiple stages of the system development life cycle.
Interacts on a daily basis with customers to gather requirements and lead brainstorming sessions on projects.
Assists subject matter experts in the design of future state business systems, configures prototype of the new system design using proprietary ACS tools
Ensures that systems documentation is updated according to client and ACS’ standards
Assists in user training and occasionally provides guidance to and assists in the training of less experienced staff.
Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge and compiles information into recommendations/analyses.
