Description : |
| |
The ISSO's will be responsible for:
-day to day security for assigned information systems
-Implement and follow and Federal information assurance policies and
guidelines for information systems
-Ensuring all Information Systems are operated, maintained and disposed of
in accordance with security policy and practices outlined
-Validate user credentials/security clearance to access systems
-Initiate proactive and corrective measures when a security incident or
vulnerability is discovered
-Validate and follow system security requirements
-Establish, follow & retain audit trials; ensure review and provide updates
-Ensure awareness and precautionary measures are exercised to prevent
introduction and/or proliferation of malicious code |
