| |
This is a key contributor in the PMO organization acting as a single point of contact between the Domains and PMO organization. This associate is responsible for oversight of the programs they support, conducting portfolio reviews with domain managers and PMO teams, with careful consideration given to the health and risk of their portfolio through the entire project life-cycle. Must exhibit strong relationship management skills to enable discussions with domain partners and the individual portfolios they support. This associate is able to identify problems and concerns, develop potential solutions, and influence other PMO areas in implementing solutions. While the main focus of this role is to provide oversight of the project portfolio, the PMO Portfolio Consultant may participate in or lead PMO efforts that require cross-divisional coordination, communication and negotiation. Sr. Project Manager needs to exhibit strong skills in all facets of implementing solutions, including project/program management capabilities, detailed process awareness, and the impacts on communications, operations, and training. A strong working knowledge of all areas of the PMO organization is a must |
