Job Description: - Deliverables: 1) End user support of Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 application. 2) Resolve any application issues raised by users 3) Provide MSCRM application workaround or resolution for reported incidents. 4) Run server platform traces and client diagnostic traces, when needed. 5) When needed log a ticket with Microsoft CRM Support group via Customer Source cases and work with Microsoft to resolve the issues or provide a resolution (include trace logs when needed) 6) Perform cosmetic alterations of Visual Studio 2005 reports as needed 7) Accurate registration of solutions and workarounds in a case registration system. 8) Pro-actively and accurate registration of generic solutions and workarounds in MSCRM Team SharePoint knowledge base. |
