Should participate in all aspects of architectural efforts towards Integration solutions in any of the Integration Product(s) in Oracle Fusion Middleware Business Integration Products such as Oracle BPEL Process Manager, BAM, Enterprise Service Bus, SOA suite
2. Good Customer Interaction Skills
3. Should have 10+ years IT industry experience
4. Should have been part of at least 3 end to end integration implementations with ownership of the technical delivery
5 Must have sound knowledge on SOA and BPM concepts and methodologies
6. Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and collaboration, and leadership skills
7. Ability to work with teams - cross cultures, organizational boundaries, time zones and countries
8. Should work Oracle Fusion Middleware Business Integration Projects end-to-end
