Description : |
| |
roubleshoot problem with 3rd party and custom developed applications
Support and be involved in operating system and middleware patching efforts
Assemble documentation related to software and hardware environments
Provide feedback and suggestions in a preventative and proactive manner when appropriate
Write documentation that lead to engineering and research efforts
Experience with relational database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2
Working knowledge of .NET framework, IIS, Apache, and other web-based technologies
Education and Typical Years Experience
3 – 5 years experience in Information Technology preferably in a hosting or infrastructure background
Special Requirements
3 – 5 years managing Windows Servers is required
Must have good understanding of networking and hardware
ITIL experience and PMI certifications are a plus
Experience managing Unix/Linux based systems is a plus
Experience with Foglight is a plus
Experience with Rational tools is a plus
